(Reuters) - People with insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes are more likely to develop plaques in the brain associated with Alzheimer's disease, researchers in Japan reported on Thursday.
The study involved 135 elderly participants in the town of Hisayama, Fukuoka prefecture, who had their blood sugar levels checked several times at the start of the study. They were then monitored for signs of Alzheimer's disease for 10 to 15 years.
After they died, researchers conducted autopsies on their brains and found plaques, particularly in those who had high blood sugar levels while they were alive.

I switched to a crystal deodorant stick years ago trying to avoid aluminum, because the science was showing that it contributes to Alzheimer's incidence. Now we know that aluminum may also affect estrogen balance. And it turns out that my crystal deodorant may contain aluminum. Better make sure that you check your deodorant for aluminum, and switch if yours is based on "alum" or: potassium aluminunum sulfate".

These days it's hard for a mother to know what is best for her child. The modern medical machine has its ideas, and it will tell you what is best, but can you trust it? There are many who argue that you cannot, that the drugs and vaccines that are pushed on you are not necessarily in the best interests of your children. So how do you find out what to do? How do you know who to trust?

The Somali population in Minnesota is have an outrageously high incidence of autism, and Mercola offers his theories as to WHY. According to him, if you combine a dose of mercury sufficient to cause death in 1/100 individuals, with a dose of aluminum also sufficient to cause death in 1/100 individuals, you get a 100% death rate. And the vaccines being administered to poor internationals these days contain both. These Somalis emigrated by way of refugee camps in Kenya and are given the same vaccination more than once due to poor record-keeping. The Somalis are providing 16% of the autistic children in special ed classes in Minnesota. Too bad for them.
