Biehler Broth Recipe



2 med zucchini
2 stalks celery
1 cup green beans
1 clove garlic
chopped parsley

1) steam the zukes, celery and beans until soft (~ 10 mins)
2) chop the parsley
3) blenderize it all starting with the raw parsley and garlic in a little bit of the steam water
4) include all the steam water as well as the cooked veggies, puree well
5) add sea salt if desired, serve hot or cold

This broth to be eaten before and after a fast, or any time that one feels the diet has become burdened with too much meat, dairy, grains, sugar, alcohol, or other difficult foods.
