Food Diary


My smoothie turned out really well, so I thought I'd write it down.
1+ cup frozen blueberries
1 cup cold water
juice of 1 lemon
1 heaping spoonful of flax seed meal
2 heaping spoons of lecithin granules
1 heaping spoonful of living fuel
plus, to finish the meal, a goodly slug of fish oil from the bottle
YUM.
Hehehe.

Hey, I'm just popping in to say hi, have been too busy to journal or read LJ much. Smoothie sounds good. We're laying floor this weekend but I'll try to get into LJ to catch up on friends and post an entry. D.
