Food Diary


My smoothie turned out really well, so I thought I'd write it down.
1+ cup frozen blueberries
1 cup cold water
juice of 1 lemon
1 heaping spoonful of flax seed meal
2 heaping spoons of lecithin granules
1 heaping spoonful of living fuel
plus, to finish the meal, a goodly slug of fish oil from the bottle
YUM.
Hehehe.

How do they process the foods in that list? Just drying, or what?

Minimal processing but most ingredients are dried and ground to a powder. It's intended to be complete nutrition in a very portable form.

Yeah, a bit too expensive for me right now -- more than I spend on food in a month in fact. I might try it one day though.
